Uncle Bob arrived with the love of his life, Cate. We were lucky to have Jim in town and we got to hit the streets of Phnom Penh looking for some fun! Jet lag played a little roll in the night, as it was their first full day here, so did it up a little mellow…we’ll get to St. Tropez another night before they leave!!!!
We took a tuk tuk to the riverfront and I had decided on a fab little Italian Joint called “POP Cafe”…well, let’s just say, we didn’t eat there and walked the busy streets looking for a place to eat…ran into some people we knew at one place and they said to not eat there, so back to the streets…We ended up at a Tapa’s place and then Liquid…Jim’s Bar. Let’s just say whenever we go there, ALL of the tuk tuk drivers know him and say, “You go to Standard Thai?”…So, we hit up his watering hole, had a few mojitos and some more food and hit home! We’re hoping our next day night goes a little more smoothly!
