…and so after all that fun in 4 days…we ALL came down with a nasty bug called Strep Throat…we didn’t know what we had, but knew it wasn’t good…I can’t tell you how many times I changed sheets, how many buckets of vomit I cleaned, snotty noses I wiped, coughing spasms I patted out of backs in the middle of the night
…but I can tell you we used 3 bottles of Tylenol, 1/2 bottle of Dimetapp Cold & Flu, 1 Z-Pack, 3 Penicillin Shots in the butt and spent $1190 at the Dr. for those shots…NOT fun…but I DID get quite a few extra cuddles, ALL of the kids slept in until 10 am for almost a week (UN-heard of at our house) and we DID get better…
Thankful that THAT ended…because we wanted to HAVE SOME MORE FUN!!!
