We decided to bite the bullet and hit Disneyland…for the record, this was really Dad’s idea…as I had just taken Zachary there the month we moved to Cambodia…but we were on a FAMILY VACATION…and a trip to California wouldn’t be complete without a trip to Disneyland…(and another side note…next time I will opt for a trip to Hong Kong where a 2 day pass is about $40 and the flight is only 3 hours…Spring Break…Hong Kong…Disney…I hear the wheels spinning!)
So we bought our tickets ahead of time some nifty way that saved us like hundreds of dollars and were told we could go at 7 am for something called a Magic Morning…well, Mr. Let’s Do Disneyland was NOT for that, so we rolled in at 10 am with our Auntie Phavy!!
We strolled on over to Cars Land and met up with Pluto first:
…and then hit the rides, cotton candy, corn dogs, suckers, parades and everything in between…it was CRAZINESS…like “are we really this dumb to hit up Disney on a summer day?” craziness…but our babies LOVED it…so it was ALL worth it!
Mama caught on RIGHT away that Minnie was coming and Zachary was FIRST in line…he could not WAIT to meet her and get her autograph!!
We toured her house while the brothers napped:
…and overall just had the best time running into friends and enjoying laughs…
Let’s not forget that those pirates are still pretty scary for a 4 year old…good thing he mama to protect him!!!
We danced in the street, waved to our favorite Mickey and friends, ate too much, spent too much money, but loved EVERY minute of it!
Daddy took the twins home and we stayed a little later with friends and rode a few more rides and enjoyed a little more magic…was the PERFECT day!
Thank you to our friends who made a trip out to hang out with us at Disney…you made it even more perfect…except the fact that I left my damned camera battery in the condo…in Indio…so pictures ended way too early!
Until our next visit…we LOVE YOU FRIENDS (Mickey, Goof Goof, Aunties, Uncles and Cousins!)
