I have always been proud to be an American!!! Living in a foreign country on our independence day was a bit nostalgic for me!…luckily for us, our US Embassy had a 4th of July picnic!! …in good ol’ US of A fashion…an entry fee and then charging for all food!…but, hey…it was GOOD food, good music and good fun!
We had just gotten back from BKK, so the twins were in bed at 5:00 and we celebrated with Zachary…
Little Z watching the Marines!
Daddy caught some bug that the twins had, but insisted on going to the party…we got home at 7:30, watched a movie and relaxed…around 11:50 pm, he was having severe pains in his diaphragm…said he had never felt them before, so we were off to ER at midnight…(and don’t forget, there are no ambulances you call here…you call a friend…a tuktuk…a moto…)…so Robert came to our rescue and Jimmy was hooked up to monitors…the Dr. arrived, did a full examination and concluded he had “gastritis”…gave him two shots in butt and sent us on our way…NEVER a dull moment in this house!
Happy Fourth of July!
