For about a week, the twins have been digressing in the sleeping department…always stating, “Scared!” when it’s time for bed. So I did some creative rearranging that put them close to each other (but doesn’t really click with my creative side)…and voila…
Day one nap went well…they passed out “near each other, in their beds”…
Day two, I was greeted by these two feisty boys playing together in the morning in Brandon’s bed…
Day three, I went in to give the boys a kiss goodnight and check on them…
Note this…there was NOT a peep at bedtime earlier in the night…not a creak, a giggle, a sniffle, a word…nothing.
I love that Trevor is always the one climbing into bed with Brandon, as it was always Brandon who had the “scared” issue.
Twins.
They are special.
The babies have not slept in the same bed as their routine since they were 4 months old and too big for both of them to fit into the pack and play…(remember, we had just moved to Cambodia at that time!)…
…but they find ways to comfort, love, hold, embrace each other…they are brothers…
…they are best friends…
…they are mine.
