I made a goal to run 1000 miles in 2012…and I did it…a week or so ago!!! …am quite proud of this accomplishment, yet a little bummed…because I know myself, and that mean I have to run like 1100 miles next year…SHOOT.
…and another bonus, my actual fastest mile was 7’17”…just was done on a different device!…
