Been trying to blog for weeks now…but time has slipped away from me! We’ve had a WHIRLWIND month! Made a few changes, hit up some parties, travelled across the world, settled into a “summer home” and have been catching up with family and friends friends friend!!!
GLAMAZON 2.0
My girlfriends decided we NEEDED to hit up Glamazon; who wouldn’t want a chance to dress up, drink cocktails and hang out with your girls?! So we did it! I hit up the salon in our neighborhood and for $13 got my hair washed, styled and my make up done! I still can’t get over those prices (almost 3 years later!). Had a blast and were home before I turned into a pumpkin (that’s usually around midnight)!
We saw Juju Bean or something like that…maybe it was M&M or Jelly Bean??…?? Anyway, it was great to people watch, have a cocktail and just be “girlie”! Good idea Rebecca!
FRIEND TIME
We made a decision to spend the summer in the USA! It was last minute and once we decided to go, we knew we needed to have as much friend time as possible!! The kids enjoyed baking brownies and decorating cakes and have water balloon fights and filling our front yard “tub/pool” with bubbles and finding monkeys on our morning runs and being silly and just sitting around playing the iPads with their friends!
Can’t not talk about Z’s special day with a very special friend!!! He requested we go to his favorite “bar and shoot pool”…no, we aren’t hanging out drinking beers with the kids…but bars and synonymous with restaurants…here! The boys had a great time talking about everything and nothing, shot pool, went swimming and just enjoyed each other!
Plenty of time hanging out on the couch!
Threw in a trip to see IronMan on opening night!!! He was a HIT and won’t stop talking about all of the characters (even 3 weeks later!)
A hair wash, mani/pedi and coffee with mama!!!

We’ve had a BUSY month…but wouldn’t trade any of it for anything!
