We’ve had a busy week of Grand Openings, Business Anniversaries and good friends celebrating an anniversary in a big way!!! I felt like I was running all week, trying to get here and there and read to Zach’s class, bake an eggless treat, attend a field trip to the toy store/book store and fit everything else in! I did it and I had fun…I mean, when was the last time I took a shower before dropping Zach off at school and put on some slacks, heels AND make up? Um, never.
The kids had fun dressing up (Zachary was in HEAVEN in his dressy Spidey shirt with jacket on top…in fact, we had QUITE the argument prior to the party because he wanted Spiderman over the top of the coat…which defeats the purpose of the coat, but he just couldn’t decide which was better…a Spiderman dress up shirt or a suit jacket…so he wore it the correct way, with the jacket opened up on the side so ANYONE could see he had Spiderman on his shirt!)
It was an anniversary/birthday party…adults and kids were there to have fun!!!
Little Man got tired and snuggled right up to me…
These were sitting at everyone’s table…
This was about 8:30 pm…knocked out…sent home shortly thereafter with the nanny!
This was shared by SEVERAL people…not just us!!!
Still home before midnight and had a great time celebrating love, birthdays and friendships!
Grand Openings are serious business here…traditional dancers, speeches, flowers, parties, gifts, photos…
…and off to celebrate a girlfriend turning 30…spa treatments
I, for obvious reasons, selected a 1 hour Chinese Foot Massage!!…followed by food and wine in the spa courtyard…not too shabby!!!
Was a busy week…not sure what this new week brings!!!!
